We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least one week notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
We request that you cancel at least one week before your scheduled consultation session. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer. You may send an email to Abdel Kader Jrab | Digital Marketing Consultant firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 1 week notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Event/Class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 1 week notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
Cancellations made within less than 1 week will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or same day will not receive a refund.
